Oven System

The “Oven System” is designed to make sheets of composite material workable for subsequent cold forming. The high working temperature (200°C) softens the material to be subsequently formed with a vacuum press.

Models:

  • Oven System with electric resistances:
    The oven is equipped with electric resistances and a fan that allows for optimal heat propagation;
  • Oven System with heating plates:
    a system of pneumatic cylinders lifts the lower plate to bring the material into contact with the upper plate; as a result the material reaches the forming temperature very quickly, allowing for high production volumes.

Useful dimensions

  • 25/13: 2000×1000 mm;
  • 30/13: 2500×1000 mm;
  • 35/13: 3000×1000 mm;
  • 40/13: 3500×1000 mm.

Standard equipment

  • Electric resistances (housed inside the frame or plates depending on the model);
  • Maximum temperature 200°C.

  • Sublimation kit.
