Our Massive platens are completely manufactured at our Engineering department on our CNC machines.

They are made from big thickness steel sheet inside which are executed  the circuit holes.

For each platen (before assembly in the machine) is performed a careful  sealing test .

They can be covered with Mylar or Vetroteflon (for temperatures higher than 120 ° C), on request the platen can be corrected or chrome.

For each floor, before assembly into the machine, is performed a careful leak test .

Above the coil there is an  8mm calibrated sheet.

The platen is covered by an aluminum sheet, which gives to the platen an excellent surface finish and an even better propagation of heat.
